What you do is poke a hole in the top of the sock with a large darning needle. You then measure Timothy to see how long he is from his toes to the top of his head. Cut a piece of yarn that length plus 3 inches. Push the yarn through the hole in the sock and tie it off. Take the remaining yarn run it up inside his pants, through his shirt, and tie it in a knot on top of his head. Works great.
It's all in finding just the right socks... and even then it can be a challenge!
